Our marionettes have set off on a journey to France! We have received an invitation to showcase our puppets in Biarritz, a picturesque town on the southwest coast. We brought a wide range of marionettes in different types, sizes, and styles to show you everything Czech puppetry has to offer.

The puppets in this category represent the Czech tradition in puppet making. These are mostly small series cast puppets, which are then hand decorated by sewing and painting.

Decorative marionette of a noble court lady

This highly decorative string puppet looks beautiful both on its own and in a collection with other similar puppets. Maionettes like this court lady are made in limited editions in a few pieces. The head, arms and legs are cast and hand-painted, the body (skeleton) is made of linden wood. The puppet has a traditional control, it is connected to the rocker arm with a solid wire and classic threads are used to control the hands and feet. Take a look at the beautiful and detailed work on a beautiful tailor-made costume. It is made of high quality fabrics with a great emphasis on precise processing. High decoration is absolutely typical for this collection.
Thanks to the skill of the puppeteer, this beautiful piece was created.
