From sketch to hand carved master piece

The project usually starts with a sketched idea followed by a technical drawing. Then we hand carve each part from linden wood, assemble the parts and check the movements are functional and smooth. The final stage is to add colour and varnish.  We always keep the client informed of throughout the creative process with photos.  As a bonus we can also provide a timelapse video.

We are able to build a complete Baroque style theatre,  a cowboy riding a horse or even a bull with smoke coming out of its nose!

Adam, Tomáš and Aleš our technical designers,  graduated at the Puppet University here in Prague. They are able to design any kind of puppet with demanding functional requirements and a whole puppet theatre including set design.

We have a team of professional puppeteers who are able to operate puppets in your projects worldwide. We can also to set up a puppet theatre for you and teach you how to animate them yourselves.

We often make marionettes based on photo portraits and a persons character. They are a perfect gift for your loved ones.
